I’m pregnant!

But where do I get the support that I need?

Come to The Resting Garden

We provide pregnancy support, education and the early postpartum support you need, because right now, Black and Brown birthing people are dying 4 times faster than their white counterparts, and without advocacy tools, tailored education and access to quality doula support this will remain an issue.

With doula support you get:

  • Supporting with educational questions about labor

  • Childbirth education

  • Birth Planning

  • Postpartum Planning and Strategizing

  • Household management and support

  • Newborn care and education

  • Sleep support

Go from unsure and uneducated
about birth options to confident
